Shipping Policy Update — Effective 4th August 2026
From 4th August 2026, Australia Post requires senders to provide the recipient's email address and mobile number for all parcels lodged through MyPost Business. To comply with this requirement, Bizzi Art will collect a valid email address and mobile number at checkout for every order. These details are shared only with Australia Post for the purpose of shipping and delivery notifications, and are not used for any other purpose.
Marketing communications from Bizzi Art are entirely separate. You will only receive marketing emails or SMS messages if you have explicitly opted in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Melbourne, Victoria.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Australia:
Same state deliveries may take 2-6 business days.
Inter-state deliveries may take 3-6 business days.
New Zealand:
Standard parcels may take 4-7 business days.
Express parcels may take 2-5 business days.
Note that these times can vary depending on seasonal/peak times throughout the year.
When will my order ship?
We will fulfill your order in a timely manner and aim to have it start the shipping process the next business day.
How much is shipping?
Bizzi Art uses own packaging for majority of orders, and on some occasions for physically large products ie. King Origami 50cm Australia Post packaging may be used.

Other products are assessed based on physical or cubic weight.
** Parcels sent using own packaging up to 5kg are charged according to their actual weight or cubic weight equivalent, whichever is greater.

Bizzi Art is a small business, and all our products are stored at this location:

All goods will be packaged accordingly, small orders will be carefully placed into bubble wrap pouches. Large orders will be packaged into bubble wrap and then carefully placed into boxes to keep products in neat condition.
