Looking for something to do with the kids these school holidays that isn't another screen? Come and fold with us.
Our Family Origami Workshop is a hands-on morning where you and your children make things together — no experience needed, just a willingness to crease a few sheets of paper and see what happens. We start simple and build up, so everyone leaves with something they're proud of (and the confidence to fold a few more at home).
Origami is quietly brilliant for kids. It's patient, tactile work that rewards a steady hand and a bit of focus — and there's a real moment of magic when a flat square turns into a crane, a jumping frog, or a box that actually holds things. Best of all, it's something the whole family can do together.

- When: Saturday 11th July 10am–12pm
- Where: Koala Rooms, Boronia
- Who: Families with children aged 5 to 14
- Cost: $40 per family
- What's included: All the paper and folding you need — just bring yourselves
- Bring: Nothing extra, you get goodie-bags for everything you've made!
